Hi! Im 29 and my hair is thinning really bad on the top of my head. Ive been told by a dermatologist that I am slightly anemic. Could that be the cause? Is there any kind of vitamin or nutritional supplement that I can take to stop it? My Mom has hair loss also so it could just be hereditary but I want it to stop! Do you have any advice?
my hair is thick all around but for the past three months at the top of my head there is a area where my head makes a bald spot the hair is thinning i stopped anything that could damage my hair months ago but this popped up and im worried mydoctor said it will grow but that was 1 month ago and no results. im only 15 and i dont wanna go bald any kind of femedies shampooos or anything would help thanks.
