are you on hrt? might be worth thinking about that if you haven’t already. If not, try looking online for herbal remedies, there are lots that are supposed to balance hormones- black cohosh springs to mind

It is quite normal following the menopause to suffer from thinning hair but it can be genetic too.
Are you on HRT? This will help somewhat.
Treat your hair gently with milder products and I usally recommend that the hair is taken shorter into layers which will help to give the impression of volume. A small amount of mousse will help, work it into the root area then either finger dry or use a medium heat setting on the hairdryer.
A good balanced diet and general all-in-one supplement will help. Your hairdresser may have some good suggestions too such as gentle colour washes to enhance what you already have!
Don’t bother with Nioxin or other similar products.

No vitamins and certainly no herbal remedies that can fix it. It is important for your doctor to check your thyroid function in case this is the cause.
